Splash! Splash! I the fire was almost out.‘‘Hay! Can I Help!”
said someone nearby.

He (or she) sounded A little bit different. ‘‘Who’s that?’’

I called. A crocodile stepped in front of me and said
“hey’’ Run it's a specking crocodile! I ran screaming
“no wait come back!’’ said the crocodile.
‘‘I didn't mean it’’ said the crocodile
‘‘oh and by the way my name is Ben!’’

Today I'm going to show you one of my stories after playing a game called game of awesome.

The fire

It was 12:30 and I was in bed.

Kaboom! Huh!? I looked out my window. There were gray clouds.

I jumped out of bed and raced down stairs.
I slowly opened the door. I saw smoke near a bridge on my favorite river.

“Ah!’’I screamed. I ran back inside,

grabbed a few buckets of water and rushed out to save the bridge.
